We ship with TCS. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan; shipping timings and rates are set out in our shipping policy.
- Orders placed before 16:30 PST, Monday–Friday typically ship the same day (see policy for after-cutoff and Friday rules).
- Stated delivery time: 1–2 working days after shipping (policy also notes ~2–3 days for most orders and that arrival time is not guaranteed).
- Shipping: Rs. 250 on orders up to Rs. 5,000; free above Rs. 5,000.

How do I track my order?

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 16:30 PST Monday–Friday generally ship the same day. Delivery is typically 1–2 working days after shipping, with most orders taking about 2–3 days, depending on the carrier and holidays. Arrival time is not guaranteed. See our shipping policy for full details.
What is your returns policy?
VapeMall provides a 3-day warranty on the battery/functionality of Pods and Mods only. Disposable vapes have no warranty after leaving the branch. Check them at purchase; faulty units identified before leaving the branch will be replaced after staff verification. Accessories, including coils, replacement pods, tanks, and batteries, have no warranty or return/exchange facility after leaving the branch. E-liquids are not covered by any return, exchange, or warranty policy.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued only through the original payment method. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is determined to be VapeMall's responsibility.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Visit any convenient VapeMall branch or call 0304 1111 291. Keep your original receipt/invoice and packaging where possible. Read our return and exchange policy for the full terms, exclusions, and claim process.
