Both these devices are a perfect alternative to traditional cigarettes! Been a year now since i smoked a stick.
Their point system has no single direction. Their employees tell you that the cash back is 5% whereas the management claims it to be at 10%.
However, the staff at times is misleading. Pods have leakage issues but Relx pods with leakage can be replaced. Though the staff makes several excuses but they do replace it at the end.
Kuit pods have no replacement policy till date and they should consider how to resolve leakage issues!
Overall the experience is satisfactory.
